Typical process: select fabric (100% cotton or cotton-poly blend) → digital/rotary print → cut → edge-sew or hem → optional embroidery/tagging → QC & pack. Fabrics are usually 120–180 g/m²; prints use reactive or pigment inks depending on dye-fiber compatibility. For higher-end lines, slip-on channels are laser-cut and double-stitched for durability.
